Yes, I think they can see things we can't. We all know they have hearing ranges that we (humans) cannot here. Why is it that a dog will snuggle right up to a stranger, but growl at someone else. I think they see negative and bad energy radiating from us humans, and they also see good and positive energy too.
I think they can also see into another dimension we we don't see. Cats can see at night .... we can't. So, why not?
Who knows, maybe your dog passing that stretch of road is barking at aliens?
