I can also tell you horses see stuff we don't see.
My wife and I have been taking riding lessons for about 3 months (still working on getting posting better). At our last lesson everything was going calmly and then my horse spooked (ca. 6yo Crabbet Arabian), jumped sideways, and I did not go with him (ouch). We think the horse spotted a dog wearing a cone (for hot spots) moving his head around while laying on the ground about 150 yards away.
