I agree with Deb and Ed M. Put high value treats on the crutches, feed your dog with the crutches next to the food bowl, etc. Equate the crutches with good things!

LOL! My dogs didn't pay any attention to my crutches after my hip surgery. If they had reacted to them, I'd have delivered some string-cheese treats, placed over the end of the crutch ;-) Things that deliver food are never "bad", right?

Sounds like good advice from Anmacc2. It'll just take a bit of time--she'll come around.
