I do not have a dog. The problem as I see it is not so much the people walking their dogs and not picking up. It is that if the dog defecates on the site they are occupying they fail to police the site before they leave. That is disgusting to me. I do not know how we stop this. If I am somewhere and some dog poops on my site I yell at the owner and tell him to pick up or I am headed to the office. But I cannot see the guy who lets the dog poop on the site they occupy.
