It may or may not say anything about the quality of the food since quality is in the eye of the beholder filtered by whatever ad campaign has won over the owner. For example, science has measured (muliple studies) that 98% of extruded corn (and other grains) in a kibble diet is digested by dogs and yet mosthere believe corn is not part of a quality pet food.
