Schooner, I totally agree. Was at a campground not long ago where there was a post with doggie bags no more than 20 feet from the site. Discovered 3 piles of poop in the grassy area of the site. Some dog owners think little 'poopsie' (pun intended)can do no wrong and everything they do is cute, including pooping in their campsite.
