So, I'll start. Yes, we clean up after our dog and discard the little blue bag ourselves every time. And ... except for a very few occasions, almost every park we've been to in 20 years, fellow campers do the same. It sounds like you're at a really weird park. Talk to management and raise your concerns.
You are correct, I already am aware of what the replies will be. But, it's just fun to vent once in a while. It's like raising children, you point out the problems in the hope that they will learn something. Even though many won't learn and don't care, it's all about them. No, we are at a very nice 400 site resort in Arizona. Plus this is a culmination of many parks from here to Maine. We did a big east coast trip this last year and saw much of the same thing. Thanks.
