There is no excuse for not picking up after your dog (BMs). Like many have said, your're preaching to the choir here on the Pet Stop. Also, letting your dog urinate on someone else's site is being a poor neighbor.
For those of you worried about the clean up of dog urine regarding bacteria are way off base. Urine has lots of objectionable stuff, stuff that can kill grass and smells (thus the reason to limit where your dog eliminates), but unless your dog has an infection, the urine is basically sterile. And then if there is an infection, unless it's one of a very few zoonotic problems, the bacteria is usually an e.coli (skin or fecal bacteria).
You get way more bacterial spread from you spitting, walking or doing just about anything else. Then there is the natural bacteria and whats left from wildlife. Way more important things to worry about.

What's the problem with us venting once in a while on a public forum? There is no disrespect or profane language going on. Just maybe someone reads this and realizes they are guilty of this and never thought much about it. Maybe we're preaching to a new choir.
