Never camped in Washington or Oregon, but I can say that several places have breed restrictions. We have a rottweiler and a mastiff and encounter some discrimination but I have been able to find a similar type campground close to the campground with restrictions so it's not too much of an issue. It just requires extra planning. I don't want to drive out of state and be turned away at the entrance. Typically I send an email and/or call direct to get confirmation that they will allow my breeds. State parks have been easier than private.
