We're down to the last minute items:
sort off those sheep we will not run
prep barn stall for locking up the ducks (chickens are ready to go)
print and post running orders
prep and print volunteer schedule
print blank score sheets
finish baking hospitality food
pull out coolers, disposable cups, and utensils
buy more disposable stuff
prep food for us, judge, and workers
print directions to restaurants and local attractions
receive porta-johns
put-up temporary fence for spectator area
pick-up rented UTV
put up direction signs
make sure camera battery is charged
