Had to take Mikko to vet (update 4/9/14) K-State Diagnosis

He would not put any weight on his right front leg. They found a hair line crack and inflammation in the xray of his ankle. They gave me some Deramaxx and started him on Adequan injections for arthrit...

Sorry this is happening, but I'm glad it's a fracture, better than osteosarcoma that I was slightly worried about. If you go that direction, it's good you are talking to K-State, the surgery is best done by an experienced orthopedic surgeon.
