See prayers do work, I am really glad it's surgery over cancer for sure.
You are right, the toughest part is getting Miko to stay calm and quiet after
the surgery.
When our Lab Sofie had TPLO they told us nine weeks of quiet and walking only on a leash, no playing, we had to build a ramp cause she couldn't do stairs, and no slippery hardwood floors.
I thought no way, cannot keep a Lab that quiet for that long.
But she seemed to know just what we were asking of her and we got through it.
I think it was harder on us than her, she just lapped up all the concern and attention.
Best of luck to Miko and there will still be plenty of prayers!
