Some people have cut openings thru the floor of a cabinet allowing access to a storage bay. They then put the litter box in the bay and cat has free access from inside. To clean - open bay - clean and replace. You would have to take a door off the cabinet, or build a kitty door into the cabinet door to allow cat to get in cabinet and down into bay.
