Well, I guess, just a RANT!
I don't understand why companies who do this kind of stuff. We're, well, Calvin's DOC is gonna take measurements of the Kid's ankle, or, fur you more technical folks, his hoof, to have a custom brace made fur him on Monday.
The company has the brace priced at $89.00 bucks. OK, no problemo's, if it helps, it'll be more then worth it.
Just a slight side track; this company really needs to hire a new web master, or whoever you call the person who designs web site's.
Anywhos, no shipping prices were available, or I couldn't find it. So I called the folks, AND guess what they charge fur shipping? I mean, how big can this brace be? Right?
Fed Ex ground: $18.00
" " 3 day: $19.50
" " 2 day: $27.50
They ad a $5.50 handling fee in the above price.
Why not just add the price in the product, and charge a fare price for shipping? I gonna order the brace, cause the kid needs some help supporting his ankle. BUT, man that shipping sure places a damper on buying from this company.
