We saw the ophthalmologist tonight and Izzy will be having her R eyed removed as they now have the Ketamine...also Dr West said we would not likely be able to get the Optimmune in Ecuador and she would be in trouble without it...so they are booking her into the OR on a day when there is just one other surgery so all hands can be available for her if she crashes again...another long day for us coming up...but then..she will only have her cataract to worry about.

Aww--will say a prayer for her and you. Hope all goes well and recovery is quick for her. Let us know how it goes. Godspeed

Hi Lance....her surgery date will be booked next Tuesday...they need to make sure its a day when there is only one other surgery .... because when they tried to operate last November her heart rate plummeted and at least twice they almost lost her..poor little munchkins heart was still pounding out of chest late that evening from all the atropine they used on her...it was a reaction to the propofol but none the less, they aren't taking any chances this time ...everyone will be on high alert ...that little girl will be getting the royal treatment ( of sorts ) Thanks for thinking of her...I will post her date when I get it ...Kathleen

Not yet..the market is very slow...we do have a couple coming back for a second viewing , they have called the realtors a couple of times with questions after their first visit....so maybe, just maybe, they might buy it...fingers crossed.
