Sigh.... I would LOVE a fireworks ban..... the local fireworks selling tents are still up:-( No peace for us yet.....
Just east of us, for whatever reason, a guy was carrying a "mortar" in his kayak and it went off. Blew the back half of his thigh off. A boy to the west of us lost a hand. Someone else lost their fingers. I know I sound like a curmudgeon, but maybe we should rethink playing with explosives?
