Agreeing with the others that if she's okay at home alone she'll probably do fine in the RV.
I also agree with getting her used to the RV slowly. Let her spend lots of time in it before your first outing, and maybe make that first outing some place close to home just to try things out. You can act like you're going somewhere but then just sit outside the RV and listen to see if she barks or whines.
Our dogs are crated in the RV (not at home). They handle it well. It's for their own protection, and to keep them from being able to see things to bark at, as well as for the protection of the RV.
They always get a special treat before we leave them. Usually a Kong that's been stuffed with something yummy and frozen.
We usually try to not be gone longer than half a day or so, which is about as long as we like to leave them alone at home.
In almost eight years of RV'ing we've encountered only one campground that was adamant about not leaving pets alone in an RV. We chose to give our money to another campground. When in doubt call ahead and ask. It's what I do, and except for that one time I've always been told that it's fine to leave them (even when the posted rules have implied otherwise).
