Looking 4 Tips for Nevada Christmas Truck Camper trip?

I had a much further plan but seems time is the issue, so being we don't have as much time as I hope this year I'm thinking about just going to Nevada? Yet being we will have our dog, cuts out Vega...

I think a 21 foot would fit into the Red Rock campground ok. It's flat empty desert marked off into campsites. Depending on the time of year it has picnic tables.

It's a pretty bare-bones campground.
