Thanks Richie! Yes, the area is papered with flyers offering a $100 reward. Those were put up by Woody's owners and the Chihuahua Rescue society. We all think Woody was "adopted" by a kid in the neighborhood, he is skittish with adults but likes kids.
There are flyers with all the area vets, so if someone brings Woody in, the vet may notify us. Also, the Anchorage dog pound is aware that Woody is missing and they have notarized paperwork allowing them to release Woody to the Chihuahua Rescue for them to coordinate Woody's return trip.
