Prayers and condolences. When you are ready, I know a rescued fur baby at your local shelter would love to carry on the legacy.
One week after our dear old companion passed, I spotted a puppy photo in the paper from the local shelter. Love at first sight and whenever we started to miss the old man, we would start hugging the pup. The old man rescued that pup indirectly by being the gentle giant that he was. The memories are still with us while we make new ones. In many ways the pup is a twin of the old man.
