One of our dogs gets very nervous and howls and pants

Hi,
Looking for ideas... one of our Yorkies starts to pant and howl when we get moving in the motorhome. We have tried many recommended remedies to no avail. Thundershirt,lavender, benedryl, a couple herbal formulas provided by the vet, but nothing works.
Any things that you have tried that worked ?

    We used to use Acepromazine prescribed by our vet for temporary stressers like traveling. Later the vet recommended we put Pogo on Fluoxetine (Prozac) full time. She is a very nervous little pooch. The Prozac has helped a great deal. Consult your veterinarian and/or a dog behaviorist.
