Our first two dachshunds died 6mo. apart after 16 wonderful years with us. They were puppies when we got them.
We understand your pain and heartache.
Not a year later and we had another dachshund puppy. Then went gangbusters and acquired 4 more. We love our little family. One problem....we all like to squish into the rocker in the living room. Good thing we have a king size bed. Queen size bed in fiver means we all are close and warm.
Don't forget, it's what you have to offer another. Someone else out there is looking for your care and love.
