Parrots in state/federal campgrounds?

I've seen parrots in both COE and State Park CGs. We haven't been to any Federal CGs yet. In two CGs the parrots were outside in their cages and one place, Buttonwood, a private CG in PA, the parrot was in the window in it's cage. You would be better off calling the places you would like to stay at and ask. The only problem I can foresee is keeping them quiet. Parrots can screech and scream and be more annoying that a yapping dog. If someone complains you may be asked to leave.
