Pet owners not cleaning up after dogs.
I recently enjoyed a beach camping trip. I have noticed that pet owners are often picking up and bagging poop but then leave the bags beside of paths in the campground for the campground trash collec...

Our son never wanted to pick up after our dogs :) he has a dog now He has learned how to do it :) :)
It is sad when a dog bag station and trash can are just 30 feet from a big pile.......... One campground we go to has instituted a $100 fee if caught not picking it up........ goes to animal charities..... :)
