I wish campgrounds would start charging fees for not picking it up. We own a lot in a private campground, as do friends of ours. Our friends were visiting our site and their dog went across the street and did her business in the neighbor's tall grass. Then our friend didn't pick it up. When I mentioned it to him, he said the grass was tall enough that it was fine. I explained to him that someone owns that lot and he needs to pick it up. He finally did but I was shocked that he really thought leaving it there was okay. Sheesh!
