Pets in the RV park

I hate when people kennel or tie their dogs outside and no one is around. It is not okay to let your dogs sit outside by themselves all day. Boredom means they bark at whatever moves. I wish all, not just some campgrounds would add this to their rules. If dog is outside, it must be attended by a person. You can sit outside in your lawn chair, play with the dog, be out there tinkering or doing something, but at least you are there to react if there is a problem. Even worse are the people who put their dogs out at night by themselves - tied up, in bear or coyote country with no concern for the dog's safety.
