I took my dog to a festival several years ago and walked down the road. I got back to our tent and a cop came up and told me he had seen my dog poop on the road and I had better go clean it up or he was going to cite me. I hadn't seen my dog poop, but it could have been possible, so I headed off down the road with paper towels and plastic bag. The poop was half a block beyond where we had turned around to come back. The lying cop saw the dog and saw the poop and made up the rest of the story. I never went back to the festival.
