Properties in SAM-e and Milk Thisle ...
... which help the liver?
I was meaning to ask Calvin's doc this question, but we got caught up in other things, as well as I was glad to hear that the blood work report showed the counts were down in Calvin's liver. Two were in a downward trend in getting back to normal counts, and one was back to normal.
If the blood work didn't show this type of progress. Our next step would have been an ultrasound, or trading him in.
So what's in SAM-e and Milk Thisle which helps the liver?

PS after reading the info on the back of the box. May be I should start taking SAM-e, but it's too dang expensive for the both of us to be on the stuff!
