I'd just watch him more closely than usual for a day or two as long as everything else seems normal. My guess is he was in a deep stage of sleep and was just really groggy and maybe a little disoriented when you woke him up.
X3. Jesse is the same way. Wake him up, especially if he's dreaming, and it's a true case of "light's on and nobody's home". He stumbles around like he's drunk for a bit then becomes normal. I wouldn't get too worried but I agree with just keeping an eye on him.
