So how do you know the issue was the multiple antigens vs. that manufacturer's vaccine?
We have had littermates have very bad reactions to one combo vaccine but had no issues with another company's combo vaccine for the same diseases. One of the littermates had mild anaphylactic shock to the first vaccine.
The old version of the lepto vaccine was well known to give adverse reactions. It had 2 antigens. The newer lepto vaccine has 4 antigens and very few adverse reactions. The older vaccine had adverse reactions because there were small fragments of the bacteria in with the desired whole bacteria. The manufacturing process not the antigens or number of antigens or additives caused the adverse reactions.
