Rescue Remedy and Cerenia, the miracle combo....!!!
Back in April or May, some of you may remember that I was panicking about our cat and him getting car sick within 4 miles. We were heading to Alaska (typing this from Haines, AK, and loving it).
Dr. Doug suggested Cerenia, which we used for the first three days into out trip along with heavy doses of Rescue Remedy on "George's" ears.
It was like we had a new cat. Cool, calm, relaxed and NO throwing up! He ended up enjoying these travels we have been doing! Eventually stopped the Cerenia after the first three days and just used the Rescue Remedy. Eventually eliminated the Rescue Remedy as he would try and get away from me when he saw me start towards his ears.. (don't know if it stung, or he just did not like the feeling on it on his ears, (I know that their ears are sensitive). Now I don't do anything to him and he is great.
