It's the same for our Lab, she gets really hyper when she doesn't have enough exercise.
Sooooo we make sure she gets lots of day at dog beach where she can romp in the water and catch sticks then we also make sure she goes to the dog park a lot.
We've found with our Lab that a really tired Lab is a very happy and well behaved dog.
