I started a topic last week called "Please talk me out of this" about my wife wanting to get this rescue Chihuahua. We have had him just over a week now and I think he finally realizes he is in his forever home. He has been in foster homes for several months. He was SO happy yesterday when we got home from work. He could hardly stand it. It is so cool knowing we recused the little guy and he will be pampered the rest of his life. He is taking his first RV trip next month and I can't wait!This is his favorite spot. He has claimed this pillow.

Just an update on Pinto. He will be in his forever home 1 month on Friday (Valentines day). To celebrate, we are taking him and our 3 other dogs in the RV this weekend to Lake Whippoorwill in Orlando. It will be his first RVing experience. He is a happy little dude! Here are a couple more pictures of him.

Wow for a minute i was afraid he was going to be spoiled! :B Thank You for rescuing. we did it 3 years ago this April and it was the best thing we've ever done. Or maybe i should have said we were rescued 3 years ago this April :h

Congrats! Has she had pups before? Chi whelping can be tricky at times, hope all goes well. Chi puppies are so darned cute!

Congrats. We don't go very often without our two Chi's. Our Male we found out will sit and howl the hole time we are gone.
Our Female is now PG and very close. But good luck. They are wonderful pets.

We adopted Maggy last September and she is very slowly coming to accept my DH and actually walk with her tail not between her legs.

I will have to take some more pictures of him this weekend. It's hard to get a picture of him unless he is sleeping because when he's up, he is so wiggly and playful. He won't sit still.
