Rv'ing with large dog. Leave alone in RV?
We've made a few trips so far that only required to leave the RV for about an hour (with A/C on). What about sightseeing at locations 15-30 minutes from your campground though? I don't like the idea...

We have a Fantastic Fan with thermostat installed just in case the power and AC go off while we are away. Other vents and maybe a window cracked a bit. If power goes out, the fan will help prevent excessive heat buildup inside. Of course, depending on outside temps and sun it could still get uncomfortable, so if necessary, we can still take pets with us.
