Rv'ing with large dog. Leave alone in RV?
We've made a few trips so far that only required to leave the RV for about an hour (with A/C on). What about sightseeing at locations 15-30 minutes from your campground though? I don't like the idea...

One thing I do as well when I'm gone is leave the door unlocked. If something happens they may only have seconds to get the Collies out. RV fires do happen. Nothing in the trailer has as much value to me as my Collies. I have owned RV's for 17 years and NEVER had a thing taken from a campground.
