It seems to be the opposite here, or at least BC and AB. We have stayed at two that I can think of at the moment. They had no problem with my dog. Maybe back to the insurance thing?
As for the original question. I have not seen a website that lists what breeds a cg will accept or not accept. I myself have spent much time just surfing cg websites. Most will say weather or not they have restrictions. We frequent a small number of campgrounds and they are all fine with my dog.
