That's our LGD, too. There are 5 houses on our dead end road and she knows the vehicles (even motorcycles) that belong to each one. She doesn't even wake up when they go by... But if a visitor, UPS/FedEx, etc. turns onto our road (we are the 1st house on the road) and she is on her feet and letting us know there is an intruder. Or BC's and Chihuahua do not have that ability at all. They could care less who drives by on the road, they only care who is in the driveway...
