Got home from SW VA after a long weekend. Did not find any injured sheep but poor Sam has a new small wound on his butt. Treated Sam's wound after introducing him to his new help, Wendy. They are secured in the barn with a few sheep to help Wendy get used to her new farm.
Wendy comes with impressive experience. Wendy and her mate cleared out a pack of 30 coyotes that were denning in a collapsed barn on the farm. The farmer armed them with Turkish spiked collars on which he found blood several times.
