Scientists discover dogs' preferred bathroom position

Well, I sorta poked fun at first but now it looks like the joke's on me. When I let the dog out this morning I found myself watching to see which orientation she'd pick. Naturally she wandered off out of sight in the yard, thwarting my scientific research.

I won't be able to NOT watch for it from now on, so guess I'd better start carrying a pocket compass!
