Scientists discover dogs' preferred bathroom position

Hmmm.... Jack is a "stroller" and tends to wander a circular course as he does his business.

Ben just stops and poos. No particular direction.

Jimmy usually does the same as Ben, although if I don't see him and call him, he'll turn so I can see his profile, as if to say "Hello.... can't you see I'm busy???"

All three probably face north-ish, but I suspect it's because that's where the best view of the lake is. When we have company and everybody grabs a lawn chair, they all tend to face north, too.
