Talking about being trained! .... SHEEEZ!
I got really pissed this morning, but couldn't help laughing when I started to think about it!
OK, so whats up Pops? .... Well this is what's up, or what happened.
When Calvin needs to go while we're, or I should say I'm sleeping. He'll make a whimpering sound till I wake up. Usually it's no problem cause (as we all know) when you gotta go, you gotta go.
However since we had an appointment to see his DOC this afternoon (we normally have he fist appointment since we work nights). I made sure I took him on two walks as I needed to sleep right up to the time we had to leave on our 35 mile round trip appointment.
Anyways I'm having a great sleep (I think I was dreaming that we won the lotto, or inherited a couple of million bucks or the like). When I was rudely interrupted by a whimpering sound.
OooooK, woke up, as Calvin jumps off the bed. However instead of sitting at the front door waiting for me. He stops in the living area. I'm at the front door with his leash and collar, look at him, telling him lets go!
DANG KID just sits looking at me, then starts licking his chops (like he always does when he's hungry, e.g. wants a snack)!
DANG KID WOKE ME UP CAUSE HE WANTED A SNACK! ... WTH! ... Anyways I thought it was pretty funny so I gave him couple of dentastixs.
I did however lose two hours of sleep cause I couldn't get back to sleep! So guess whos gonna be tired tonight! .... Sheez!

BTW, after talking with his DOC (as well as conformation for the person at the clinic in regards to his food). I'm switching him back to Royal Canin Venison and Potato.
