Tattoo Artist Inks His Sedated Dog

Vets allow/put tattoos on dogs all the time. So this time, it is a heart and names on the dog instead of a bunch of numbers. It is still a mark that allows the owner to identify the dog if it is lost or stolen. I'm sure no one here would complain about it if it was a serial number.

If you want to get upset about something, how about morbidly obese dogs? Or dogs left in small cages all day while their owners are away? Or dogs chained to trees all day? Or dogs left in cars while their owner shops or tours a museum? I've seen them all at campgrounds and tourist spots. And worse.
