I like having a choice? Often, we're just spending the night and don't need all the amenities one would want for a week of camping, for example. So I like parks that offer "cheap seats" - just electric and water hookups, (or even NO hookups) for example.

But I will try to avoid places that upcharge for pets. My dogs have ZERO impact on a campground.
