Tumor removal (update page 2)
While grooming Mikko I found a tumor about the size of a quarter under his tail and above his rectum . Took him to the vet and they have surgery scheduled for Monday.

Mikko is in surgery now. - Bentleys from my two cattle dogs on high shining healing light for Mikko.
- Mikko had no issues during surgery. All his blood work looked good as well. I get to pick him up at 4 today. Kind of hard to think Mikko is my younger Collie at 11 years old.
- Yay, Mikko! I hope he is not in too much pain, that's such a sensitive area. Wonderful that it was not a malignancy. It's such a worry anytime they need surgery. You must be sleeping much easier tonight.
- Great news! Hope Mikko's healing is painless and uneventful, and that you are also feeling better, Colliehauler!

Nicky, the spoiled Tennessee Walker - Mikko is doing well although today he has had diarrhea.

At the risk of being disgusting.... if *I* had surgery there, I'd want everything to be nice and loose, too ;-)
