You may like the "no dogs on the beach" part, but the thing is with these power crazed pol's is that it never stops expanding. Every new rule requires them to hire another enforcement staffer which means they constantly increase their power and belief in their own importance.
They listed over a dozen restrictions and likely will create another one or two every year to keep expanding their fiefdom.
