I have to agree that other than service dogs, pets do not belong in stores.
Talk about laugh.... Just last weekend I was in a Holt Renfrew. You could not help but notice this lady and her small dog. I have no idea of the breed, it was almost hairless with a face somewhat like a cats, but both had the same outfits, beige cashmere sweaters and gold spandex trousers (if trousers is the right word for spandex). They also had matching jewellry, bracelets on the dogs front legs and yes Pierced Ears. The dog was not on a leash, she carried it until she wanted to look more closely at an item then set it down. The woman communicated with it but with sounds like tssh!
Anyway the laugh came when she sat the dog down on a display. You know what came next. Yes the dog lifted his leg. I had looked at the display earlier and noticed the price tag on the newly christened item...$2500. The dog may have been small, probably the size of a small ****zu but I think the lady bought a couple of these soaked sweaters. LOL
