Why does it matter if a stranger lets their dog ride on his lap?
Other than the obvious of the dog potentially being in the way and a distraction, one word: AIRBAG. God forbid you have an accident with your dog on your lap-it will most likely be crushed to death by the force of the airbag.
Choose your battles, we have so many more important things to worry about.
So true. We have a tendency to go out to dinner early, by 5:30-6:00. Depending on where we go, the restaurant can be loaded with kids. We can choose to go later or we can choose to go to a place that does not cater to kids. I respect the fact not all people are dog lovers. The restaurants that allow pets have very strict rules about where they can and cannot be. If you want to do battle, choose a cause but don't sweat the small stuff. There are plenty of places that don't allow pets.
