Cleanest RV Park I've ever visited: Beverly Beach in Florida. They have a local ordinance that charges $125 for not picking up after your dog - and signs are prominently posted everywhere. I'm not sure how its enforced - clearly no one wanted to find out - but it's also one of the few places where dogs are allowed to walk along the beach with you!
Sounds like that CG figured it out how to address one of the biggest problems with dog owners.:B Money is what speaks to people.
That's what CG's need to do. Not just put 'pick up after your dog' printed on a 8x10 map of the park and rule sheet handed out on registration that gets tossed into the campers truck and never looked at again, except maybe to see what the local TV channels are.
So folks, how to we get ALL the CG's to do something as simple as a big fine posted on signs and several of these signs thru out their parks? I really think this 'would' stop many of the offenders.
I'd almost be willing to pay for the signs and present them to all the CG's I stop at as a donation if it got just some poop off the grass at CG's. :C
