Is she healthy and at a good weight? If so, I wouldn't worry about breakfast. If it's convenient for you, you could try giving her brunch or lunch instead of breakfast. Or give her a bigger evening meal.
Almost all of my dogs have been exceedingly happy to eat whenever I put food down (and whatever it was). Most all of them have eaten so fast that I don't think smell is much of an issue. But I did have a cockapoo years ago who didn't care to eat much in the morning. We finally started giving her a small dog biscuit for her breakfast, and she was fine and happy until dinner.
