The only time you could, in general, get "reported" is if you have a cat that roams off leash. Most parks allow pets, including cats, but many parks hold cats to the same leash rules as dogs. We have full timed with our cat for 6 years. He goes out on a leash only. some people let their cats out in an enclosure, when they are around to watch over them.
Biggest issue we have is when they make us stay in the "pet" section which means we are surrounded by dogs, and not all of them are always on a leash. Plus the dogs go nuts when a cat is around.
